Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@sofinastore.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
